Fabulous company…after purchasing a shoe cabinet I decided to buy a wardrobe which I thought matched the shoe cabinet but the came with different door knobs. After emailing customer services they were able to send me some matching door knobs. I will definitely be ordering more furniture from Laura James as the service I received from them was second to none. We're very sorry to learn you received multiple damaged items, this certinaly isn't the level of service we expect our customers to receive.

I purchased the Gloria bedside tables
The instructions say not to use an electric drill but it was nearly impossible screwing the screws into solid wood. Glad he persevered though as it is lovely and will come in handy. I am so sorry to hear you're disappointed with your shoe cabinet. We do advise our dimensions prior to purchasing and advise it can fit between pairs of shoes depending on size and the shoe. If there is anything we can assist with, please let us know. I was looking for a shoe cabinet that will fit into our small space and will look nice as well.

First time of ordering,have been looking for some different garden furniture for some time and came across Laura James. Brought some in the sale ready for next year.Did not disappoint as well informed from the ordering to delivery. Quality was excellent,will be ordering more in the future. We're so pleased to hear you're happy with your purchase however, we're very sorry to see the damage which has been caused to the item.
Ordered the Brampton grey bedside table. Low quality MDF with budget backing boards not made to measure…you have to nail on for an ugly unprofessional finish. Could have bought better quality for the money. I purchased two bedside cabinets because they closely matched the built- in cupboards in our new house. They arrived quickly and were easy to put together. We purchased some new knobs which matched our wardrobes and had a great match to our much more expensive cupboards.

I'd seen similar swivel dining chairs in a furniture store but at twice the price of the Laura James chairs. I'm absolutely delighted with the chairs. They are exactly what I hoped for, exactly as described, great quality and impressive value. I am so sorry to hear you're disappointed with the quality of your desk and the screws snapped inside. Upon reviewing your email trail with one of our customer service agents, I can see we asked if you're able to provide photos of the issue with your order. The only thing that’s let it down is it’s not very well made. There’s chips out of the wood and the corners are very shoddy. I’m not sure if it has damaged in transit as the box itself was a bit messed up on delivery. Overall it’s a very nice sideboard but only has 3 stars for me.
